A little waves ethiopian pourover coffee with cinnamon, clove, and cardamom. Ethiopia is the origin of all coffea arabica. The amharic word "dinkinesh," is the local ethiopian name for the australopithecus that westerners call lucy. "You are marvelous" is the english translation of the word dinkinesh. This drink was inspired by al-madina souq, the oldest and largest covered market in the world, which became a casualty of war.
